Located in the Northeast corner of Vermont, better known as the Northeast Kingdom. The Caledonia Maple Association comprises maple producers and packers dedicated to producing the highest quality maple products. CMA's mission is to promote the use and sale of maple products while providing a platform for county and state sugarmakers to collaborate and share ideas to help grow the industry. Our members take great pride in the maple industry and in building a foundation for the next generation of sugarmakers.

A dark amber color with a more pronounced maple flavor, this class will satisfy those consumers who desire the strong flavors of what has been known as Grade B.

Very Dark with Strong Taste

Nearly black, this syrup has a strong flavor that translates well to cooking, where the maple flavor will carry through to the finished dish.
